I was having the same model which i purchased from the Shop,which is giving Awesome performance.But the same which i ordered through Amazon for my Parents is of No use. The Iron Box is not getting heated..POOR QUALITY

Rough and less heating power
Very low heating power and the base is also not smooth as it should be which makes it stick to the clothes. It is a duplicate product as it is not ironing the way my previous iron use to operate from the same brand.
