WOW! Worked getting fine cat hair out of my drain
Yes, it seems odd, but I have a cat that lives to lounge in my bathroom sink. Seriously, he's in there at least one hour a day. Part of the attraction is that from time to time the faucet drips and he LOVES to drink fresh drips from the tap. At first I thought it was cute, but now he's firmly established in this habit which means I'm having to clean the sink daily, because he gets it all dirty. Worse, his fine, fine, cat hair builds up in the sink drain and makes for a slow drain. Anyone who has had a slow drain can tell you it contributes to a dirty sink! We tried some liquid drain chemicals, but honestly, I have been way, way too indoctrinated in environmental awareness to stomach putting chemicals down my drain and funneling them off to my local water treatment plant to feel comfortable using this as a solution, because I know it's going to be an ongoing thing. I know exactly why my drain is slow. It's the cat. I don't want to get rid of my beloved sweet cat, so I searched for an environmentally friendly, and God willing, effective solution to clean my drains on a regular basis. In comes this snake thing. WOW! I mean, wow. It's so easy to use my 8 yr old could do it. Simply put it down the drain, in between those little spaces (it's a sink, so it has a built in plug thing that I can't disassemble on my own). No worries, the snake fits in between the gaps of the drain plug and BAM! It pulls out all of the filthy, fine cat fur. I gave it four swipes through the drain before it came out fully clean. It took like 60 seconds. My drain is clear. Excellent product.

Saved me hundreds in plumbing fees
I should have taken pictures of what I removed from my shower and sink drain, but frankly, it was disgusting. The goop from the shower looked like Cousin It from the Addams family. I think it was built up from toweling dry in the shower and years of accumulated fluff, plus creamy hair products. The sink had hair I didn't even realize escaped my many "traps". This product is a combination of many pipe-cleaning tools. My favorite was the plastic ties, but the one that resembled a manual snake was the most effective. The least effective was the red one with the pump, probably because of the way my drains are shaped. I highly recommend this product as it worked perfectly on the first try. Of course, you should use these products with extreme caution and I wouldn't suggest resorting to a DIY approach without first having at least seen a plumber snake your pipes once so that you know the state of your pipes. Again, for you visual folks I apologize for not grossing you out with pictures but the gook was pretty nasty. My slow drain was unclogged immediately and I haven't even used the Zep drain defense (which I will use just to clean out more residue from hair products).

Hairballs beware youโve met your match
When I received this bag of five in one drain cleaners I thought I had won the lottery . I opened the package and was amazed to find not one, not two, not three, not four but five different cleaners to remove the gunk, disgusting hair and other Schmutz that was clogging my bathroom sink drain . The smaller plastic drain cleaners were the most logical ones to use for the small opening in the bathroom sink drain. They were a little difficult to use at first because they were so rolled up to be able to fit into the package but really worked quite well. Soon I had a plethora of beard hair , thinning hair from the top of my head and other assorted bezoars and random things that shouldnโt have gone down my bathroom sink drain in the first place . As a physician Iโm considering modifying some of these devices for the next colonoscopy I have . To be quite honest with you, this really was a bargain as just one of those simple plastic thingys at Home Depot cost the same amount as you get for five different tools to clean drains out with . So a good bang for the buck and they do what theyโre supposed to . Thank you five in one drain cleaner package youโre the best .

Amazing! And Easy! I tried everything else....this actually worked!
I tired gallons of Draino, Biodegrading Product, and boiling water to clear out my master bath sinks and none of them worked; sometimes they even made the clogs worse. My wife has long blonde hair that had built up for years in our sinks and she used tons of hairspray. It was so bad that even at a trickle the water would build up in the sinks. I was literally ready to tear out the sinks or call a plumber for $200. Honestly, I was very skeptical of this product at first having tried so many other things, and because the product itself looked to be so fun almost like a cartoon. I really thought that it wouldn't work and I would have to send it back, but I figured it's a lot less than a plumber and worth a try. The product comes in three different stages and I never had to get past stage one! I followed the instructions precisely, and literally within 5 minutes both of my sinks were completely cleared out and running perfectly! I cannot believe it!! If you have clogs buy this product!

An OK product, but not enough for my problems
The quality of the items wasn't bad, and it looks like they work for other folks, but unfortunately my drain clog seems to be further down the pipe than the flat (20in) snakes, or the grabber (24in) snake, can reach. And unfortunately the weirdly shaped end of the longest snake (40) was so wide that I couldn't get it more than halfway thru the pipe to the problem, and it didn't grab anything to fix it on the way back out. Still, none of them broke in the process, so at least they didn't make the problem worse. Currently ordering some longer, narrower snakes, will keep these around in case I have shallower clog problems in the future.

Used many times
These things have been lifesavers over the years Yes I bought this years ago and I'm still using it I've lived at three different places and had used it prior to moving in to get everything out of the drains and the upkeep because I have long long hair and I just be letting it go down the drain but this makes it super easy to get it up and out

I Prayed for a Miracle and Here It Is - Drain is Draining like a Champ
My bathtub has been sluggish for six months or so and then finally standing with water for 48 hours at a stretch. I thought I'd be getting a plumber but my DIL said I should try the little plastic drain cleaners. The reviews mentioned the plastic tabs breaking off etc. so I went with the more expensive pack with also the metal tools. When the package arrived, I was not too hopeful. I got on the FaceBook chat with my son for help and moral support. So, I read the directions, and it was really just to stick the plastic thing down the drain hole. I did that and pulled up some hair. I jabbed a couple of more times and got more hair. The water drained right down. I ran clean water, and it ran down too. This took thirty seconds or less (not including getting on FB with my son and reading the packet instructions). This was a couple of weeks back, and my drain is draining like a champ. I only used one of the little plastic pieces, and that is all it took. The one I used washed up perfect and is good to go. So, I could have bought the cheaper pack of just plastic drain cleaners and really only needed one. But, this is still a cheap purchase, and I have extras and options in case needed later or to share with friends/neighbors. I wish everything in life was this easy! And, I should have bought this sooner.

For smaller, easy clogs like bathroom sinks, nothing more significant than that
Worth it for the price?I just wish the products were slightly stronger to accomplish the goal. That is necessary as small and thin as these products are, it can be used for maybe a sink in a bathroom, but not necessarily a tub drain or toilet.

Zip ties do the job!
The zip ties work great! To be honest, probably could have just bought a pack of zip ties solo and been fine. Pulled out a big clump of hair-gross, but did the job with minimal effort. The metal grabbed works ok but is probably better suited for smaller drains like a kitchen or bathroom sink. Didnโt try the twisting product. Overall happy with the product!
