Firefly Zen Petite Glass Oil Warmer - Refillable Liquid Candle - 2 Fl Oz

Love this product. I looked closely at the reviews and decided to give this a try despite some reservations about the wick and filling it up, and my own concerns about the price point. So glad I did. This is a great product! Many reviewers talked about having some issues, here are my experiences. (I bought (2) 4 inch glass lamps. Filling: I used the recommended pure smokeless, odorless oil, and used the included funnel. I had zero issue filling it, and had no issues with over-spill. I recommend poking a hole in the protective tin on the fuel container (don’t pull it off completely,) and sticking the entire funnel top inside the glass, but holding it at a slight angle to allow the fuel to flow correctly. I filled both of mine up several times with this method t had 100% success. Wick: I took the advice of one reviewer (or several,) to use tweezers to hold the end of the wick while pulling it shorter. I held on tight and allowed the tiniest amount of wick to be captured by the tweezers and pulled until the tweezers stopped at the metal clasp. These lamps provide terrific light, bright flame, and they fit inside this 4inch votive nicely. (Also on Amazon :) One final comment: I put 4-5 drops of essential oil onto the flat top of the glass and the aromatherapy works VERY well. My lamp stayed lit (at 3/4 full) for 5 hours and the oil scent lasted well beyond extinguishing the flame.

Good product. Burns about 6 to 8 hours

I purchased several Firefly Oil Candles and Firefly "Safe and Green Fuel" to burn in them. I was looking for a safe, non-toxic, and environmentally responsible alternative to regular candles. These candles can be refilled forever. The wicks are cotton. The containers are glass. The fuel is Palm Oil. I feel very good about these products. They are beautiful and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The flame burns brightly and gives a white/gold light. The fuel gives off NO smell or smoke when it is burning or after I blow the candle out. I recommend the Firefly products without reservation.

I am not thrilled with the votive. First of all, I was misled and thought that the price (14.99) included the fuel and aromatherapy, which is what I wanted. I complained to Amazon, and they refunded my $$ and said to use the votive or give it away or whatever I wanted to do, so I used it. Well, the fuel smells terrible, and the aromatherapy oil (I bought lavender, per your recommendation) and can't even smell it over the fuel smell, so basically a waste. The fuel burns very fast, the aromatherapy oil is expensive, and to top it off, I put the aromatherapy oil in first and then the fuel, and the fuel went into the oil, so had to dump it out because I was afraid it would blow up. Not a good system in my opinion. You asked...

Product was easy to fill and perfect for tea light replacements.

Fine product I use it as an icon lamp I recommend environmentally friendly system!

Much smaller than expected

I like these and have purchased several for wood holders I'm turning but am a little disappointed that they don't produce more scent when warmed up. I've tried a couple of different oils in Apple-Cinnamon but maybe I just haven't found the right one yet.
