Pure Original Ingredients Almond Flour (1 lb) Blanched Almonds, Extra Fine, Grown in California

My friend switched to a low-carb, keto-like diet, so I bought a bunch of different substitute low-carb snacks and flours, like this one. Some worked out, some were OK, and some were not good at all. This one is pretty good. I had been buying another almond flour, but this was less expensive. It was difficult to understand the almost legalese type language this vendor used to answer questions about whether or not this product is organic, I think it is based on the vendor's comments, but am not sure it is. It's a nice product. It took me awhile to get used to using almond flour, but if you need almond flour for baking, this is a good one.

You can safely trust this one. Beautiful, fluffy, fresh blanched almond flour. I'll be ordering more, especially under quarantine.

I wanted to try a different type of flour for baking cookies, pie crusts, sauces and for gravies. I liked it the minute i tried it. Very nice texture and flavor. I have continued to order it and well continue to do so. To me it's a wonderful product.

I had to do this again because if I could, I would give it a 6 stars. This stuff is amazing and of a quality that I have not seen with any other of its kind. Just buy it!
