How long are the straps please?

Thanks for your question. Each strap is 3 meters long, there are 2 straps included. Hope my answer can hlep you.

Can I get a refund for this? It tore on the 2nd time using it. I don't want to review before giving you a chance to respond.

The one i ordered was pure garbage, and the return was more than the product was worth. I just trashed it

I can't work out if the hammock comes with a mosquito net. Please advise

Nope, there is no mosquito net included just the hammock and the ropes.

My trees are 3 metres apart, I know it recommends further but would 3 metres still be ok ?

It'll be a tight fit but yeah should be ok. The hammock with the carribenas is 2.8m long.
