not bad for an off brand product you just have to make sure you have something in your mouth to keep the chemicals from touching your gums and lips.It worked decently, it all depends on the color of your teeth not everyone has the ability to have brilliant white teeth. But if you happen to have a good deal of enamel left on your teeth this works really well. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is looking for a brilliant white smile if they have yellow teeth from enamel loss you'll just get very bright yellow teeth.
