To all my nail techs out there, run get you one. It's durable but more important if the elrctiity goes out in the middle of your service you can still complete your work and your client leaves super happy. It's very light weight and a 60 second cure is sufficient. Money well spent.

I've been wanting one of these for months and I'm sorry that I took so long to finally get one. It is nice and sleek looking and it works great curing gels and gel polishes. I love that it's cordless because I can move it wherever I need it without having to worry about being tethered to an outlet. It's very light too.

The lamp is very small and clients hit their nails on it as well as the humps and divots for the fingers cause curing problems. I’m not sure if mine was just defective but I’ve never had so many curing issues with a light

Alright, so I purchased this back in March right when shut down happened. So since being back I’ve been using it for about 4 months. For the price it’s not bad. It’s lightweight and convenient, especially being cordless for pedicures and being able to take off the bottom. BUT, and here’s the but: YOU CANT FREAKING CLEAN IT. This stuff is plastic so as soon as acetone touches it, it melts. I even tried using alcohol and it won’t work. So now I’m stuck with it looking like this. I like my stuff clean and this is bugging the crap out of me. I’ve tried taking nippers at the gel, rubbing it off, etc. It’s stuck. Oh and another thing, it’s starting to glitch. I’ll put the light on someone’s toes and it’ll go off and on a couple of times. But I don’t notice it often when I use it on people’s hands. The price is decent but I think when this thing gives out on me I’m going to splurge on a good light.

I got it’s because I really needed a cordless machine and the look was nice n clean. It fits perfectly on the space for my table but I don’t like that the magnetic bottom is so weak when you got to carry it from the handle the bottom falls. Not to mention being that I went to use it for my very first gel pedicure since it arrived and the batter compartment kept falling out until the entire battery itself fell out and I wasn’t able to put it back in to finish the pedicure because the cord is all the way on the inside meaning I had to take it apart just to reattach the battery luckily I had my old machine on standby because I didn’t have the time to do that as it had already set me back in my appointment. That was very frustrating and embarrassing with a client. Also buttons and timer should b where the tech can see and access it while working on client.

This product is great in theory but lacks a lot in design for a professional nail technician/manicurist for the hefty price tag. After having the lamp for 1 month I began to notice one of the display buttons (30s) was losing sensitivity. Overall the design of this lamp does not make sense for professionals. The buttons are facing the client which makes it easy for them to bump different timer settings while you are working. Most professional lamps have the timer buttons towards the back facing the professional for easy access and control. The bottom of the lamp magnet isn’t as strong as I would like. This lamp isn’t horrible by any means but it is certainly not worth the current price tag. I wish I had saved to get a professional lamp like the Kiara Sky lamp.Update:The company reached out to me to address my concerns about this lamp. The response was swift an courteous! I really appreciate that they take the time to make sure everyone is satisfied. Considering the customer service I wouldn’t hesitate to buy any of their products in the future.

i like everything about this gel machine but the bottom doesn’t stay attached when i lift it up.. like the manic isn’t powerful enough to hold together beside that it’s light, motion detection, UV andLED IN ONE, chargeable n it can be cordless when you need it such as to do gel on your feet.
