Tubular Slide Sheet with Handles for Patient Transfers

Easy to use and get out car and bed.

Got years I used a giant trash bag to slide in and out of my car. It kind of looked well trashy. I decided I needed something that looked better. After trying a few products that because of my big bottom just didn’t work. I saw this and decided I’ll give it a try. Well I’ve been using it almost two years. It’s great for me. I have Cerebral Palsy and getting in and out of cars became harder after a wrist surgery. I got this and for me it’s what I needed. It can be a bit slippery. I have slid out of the car before. Though it’s not common. I can throw it in a bag or my purse and it’s easily portable. I highly recommend this product.

The concept is great, but it is a bit difficult to use to get my husband in and out of the van. He has so much trouble moving his legs etc., but once we get him seated half way on the slider, it's fairly easy to move him over in the seat, and straighten him to face the front more adequately. Getting him out of the van is much easier with the slider than it was before. I would recommend this product---

It is slippery and when I sit on it, I can slide. I get it under my husband, and nothing. I tried it on the car seat and it didn't move. I thought it would be good for repositioning in bed, but I would need something bigger. I don't know what I can use it for.

It is really difficult to move a human body that has limited mobility. When my mom sits at the edge of her bed, she cannot scooch back enough to get all of her body on the bed to lie down. Typically, one leg doesn't make it all the way and dangles over the side. I purchased two slide sheets to place under her: one for under her butt, and the other for behind her back when she lays down. At first, when I used them, she could scooch back a little more but ended up sliding forward again. I put a folded towel on top of the (butt) slide sheet with a cord in the fold of towel with a little of the cord coming out of each side of the towel. The ends of the cord are used to pull her onto the bed from behind her. Once I get her into the middle, she lays back and I go around to the side of the bed where she was facing front and swing her legs around (remember, I put a slide sheet under her back, and she still has the one under butt) and I easily (and alone) can get her all the way into the bed. I roll her to one side just slightly and the sheets and towel are removed easily. These sheets are a god send for me and her!

This is the second one of these that I have bought. I somehow lost the first one. My daughter is disabled and this makes it so much easier to put her in the car. It also makes it easier to reposition once she's in the seat

This worked super well for one client to slip easier over my car seat. Will try for other folk next

My mother was finding it difficult sliding into the car with the fabric seats. This works perfect for helping her sit in the seat properly. So happy with it

Have been using as an aid for my elderly father in bed. He does the work of getting himself ‘boosted’ in bed. By having this sheet under him, it reduces his effort but still has him doing the action.

It's good but not worth for the price. 5 dollars should be adequate.
