No Suction only Sound Worst & Waste of Money
I have unboxed assembled & used the machine for 20 minutes approx but very much disappointed with results,... previously ihv used Eureka Forbes & that machine was quite good initially but after 10 months it was not working properly but this machine from Karcher was worst performer from Day 1 and , Noise was so much that neighborhood started complaining .... Thanks to prompt response from Amazon they immediately agreed to take it back and refunded the amount.

If budget allows go for WD3 which is better built
1) The machine is very light and topples down.2) Once it fall over the inside elements get displaced and when erected again will not work for some time.3) The suction power is good.4) The plastic body broke on toppling.5. The service agency , at least in Chennai said they don't repair WD2 . They repaired my WD3 earlier.Go for a better model. This is use and throw

Go for this and not WD3
The WD3 has blower function only useful in foreign countries to blow autumn leaves. The Wd3 blower won't do garden spray or jet. If you need those, then go for WD4 or some other brand

It is simply a used product.
As you can see the images, product has been used in past. Bottom is broken, wheels have several scratches and dirty. User manual is like several year old. None of the things is packed inside the box just a broken box. Simply it is a used product but we have to do cleaning before diwali, we will use it. Very unfortunate experience.
