I purchased the DISONCARE Odyssey 60H to transport and protect my temperature sensitive medication and it has far exceeded my expectations. I've now tested it on two separate occasions. The first test lasted approximately 8 hours and the second lasted about 13 hours. During both tests, the built in digital temperature display consistently stayed at 32°F, giving me confidence that the contents were staying properly chilled throughout the entire period. The cooler itself feels very well made. It's compact/lightweight and fit easily in my backpack while still providing enough room for my other contents. I also appreciate how simple it is to prepare the cooling insert, just freeze it according to the instructions, let it sit for a few minutes and it was ready to use. (I didnt have to use the backup emergency one either.) One of my favorite features is the digital temperature display. Being able to check the internal temperature at a glance provides real peace of mind instead of having to guess whether everything is still cold enough. Based on my experience so far, this cooler has performed exactly as advertised. If you need a reliable way to transport temperature sensitive medication while traveling, commuting or spending the day away from home, I highly recommend it. It was worth every penny and would absolutely purchase it again.

Excellent but it only fits two of my insulin pens. Nevertheless, I am traveling in Europe now with very long walks and very hot days. My insulin’s stays cool the entire day with no issues as I had before with some of the frozen gel packs. The blue ice pack on this keeps the insulin cool for a long time. I also like the digital temperature sensor.

I was quite surprised by this product, stayed cooler longer than what it advertises, definitely a quality product for the price. Traveled via Airlines, Tsa gave me no problem, order this at the last minute, it came right on time and I’m glad I did, you won’t be disappointed.

This device worked out extremely well. I travel extensively and over very long distances where I could be away from a cooling place for up to 36 hours. It' held up extremely well - keeping my GLP-1 at 32 degrees over 32 hours of travel time. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling extensively and over long periods of time where there is no cooling place while in transit. Also, TSA was very familiar with the unit, so it did not create any issues going through security. The size is perfect for a backpack and portable. There is one annoying item - there's an internal disc that slips over the thermometer wire that is loose and does not secure itself to the lid. This did create frustration with me multiple times, and the reason I did not give the product a full 5 stars.

It looks well-made and I hope I can get 60 hours of cooling to keep the medication medication cold until I get to refrigeration. I’m looking forward to using it.

As I travel and camp quite frequently, I needed a medicine travel cooler to cover the frequent times I am away from refrigeration and where I needed to carry temperature sensitive meds. I purchased this item for a variety of reasons including it being TSA approved (and I have never had an issue at an airport) and the digital temperature readout on the cap. The unit worked flawlessly for several months and then, inexplicably, the cap stopped reading the internal temperature of the cooler. The cooler worked fine so it was a minor matter. This happens with electronics as anyone would agree. I contacted Disoncare and, frankly, I received some of the best customer service one could reasonably expect. The customer service rep responded promply, was easy to communicate with, understood the issue and, not only replaced the cap with a new one (and a cooler as well) but did it understanding that I wanted it available on my next trip. And it arrived exactly on the date as suggested by Disoncare allowing me to use the new cap on my upcoming trip. This unit works very well and I am glad I bought it. But adding outstanding customer service to the mix is icing on the cake. Great product and great company to work with. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience and would recommend the company and the product all day long.

This is pretty simple. Basically a thermos with a freezable pack inside and a very long, very simple mercury thermometer to read the temp.When I tested it just by keeping it on my kitchen counter in an air-conditioned house at about 77 to 78° ambient room temperature it held it at 0°C for about 24 hours which is better than the manufacturer promises. After 36 hours it was at 10C. I do wish the thermometer had Fahrenheit and centigrade markings both that would make things easier. Also it’s so long and thin. I suspect it will break easily although they do include a thin sleeve of sorts for the thermometer. All in all a pretty good product I appreciate that it includes a second Emergency cold water vessel that you can use while you are refreezing the primary one.

Llevaba buscando algo que realmente mantuviese fría la insulina por mucho tiempo. En un viaje de trabajo de 2 días (a un lugar donde estábamos a 35°C) se mantuvo siempre entre 1° y 3°. No hubo necesidad de buscar refrigeración en otra parte.
