Very good mirror overall!
I've only had the mirror for a few days but, so far, it's been better than I expected. The original rear view mirror in my car kept falling off so I wanted a decent and permanent replacement. The mirror is really simple to fit and can be adjusted to a range of angles so I imagine it can be used in most, if not all, vehicles. The first thing I noticed was it is much longer than my old one so I can see a lot more and it is very clear. It doesn't move around much at all whilst driving yet is very smooth to adjust (not too stiff). Also, you don't need to flip a button to make it anti-glare like you do with most mirrors as the mirror is anti-glare anyway which makes night driving a lot better and more comfortable without the extra hassle. Plus I have found it is clearer at night than my original one when anti-glare was on. The suction power is really strong and, even though the weather has been very cold recently, it has stayed stuck on just fine. In terms of price, it is good for its high quality. Some cheaper mirrors seem to drop off easily, move around too much or don't even adjust properly so this one is worth it. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this.

fantastic quality solid mirror
well I bought this mirror as a temporary fix for my BMW E36 until I could figure out the best glue to buy to stick the original rear view mirror back on, but this temporary fix Im going to leave as a permanent fixture, it is a really good quality mirror, well made and no distortion in the glass whatsoever and it is stuck solid to the windscreen with no wobble or vibration, its great!! the blue tint is pleasing in daylight and reduces glare for night driving, the suction is super strong and it has a film of adhesive on the suction pad so basically once its on its on for keeps so I'd advise doing a dry run when working out its position and mark where you are going to position it with a piece of masking tape and then stick it down and apply the suction pad, you have one go at it really, it is designed to be mounted and left there rather than removing it, I mean it can be removed with a bit of effort without damaging the glass but I think the adhesive pad would be weakened for its next application, but its as good as replacement for my original BMW mirror, I'd recommend it, well worth the money and its easy to mount with a bit of care on the positioning.

Poor suction
Had a few problems with suction to begin with but persevered and it’s now been on for 3 weeks not very sturdy and moves a little the clamp on the mirror is not as good as it should be and the mirror moves aroundIt’s also quite large so takes up a fair amount of the windscreen use it in my instruction car gives good vision to the rear

Did the job for driving test
Bought as an extra interior rear-view mirror for the examiner during my driving test. I attached it to the windscreen on the morning of the test and it stayed on the whole time but when i went to remove it a couple of hours after the test it had come unstuck and was on the floor.Wouldn't recommend if you want it attached for more than a few hours.

Clean your windscreen properly
Clean your windscreen properly and this will stay in place. I’m using it in a skid steer bucket loader on very bumpy rough terrain and it hasn’t failed me yet

Good rear view mirror
Clean the windscreen thoroughly then wet the suction cup with water so that it sticks well. It is already made of a sticky-feeling rubbery stuff, and then you press down the suction lever. I looked at learner drivers in driving school cars to see where to position the mirror. It was suitable for a UK driving test if you want to take the test in your own car. You can see from the outside of the windscreen that the suction cup is working properly.

Good buy
Needed a rear view mirror for a recently converted campervan. Got one from Halfords but it was rubbish. Did’t rotate sufficiently to see backwards a when reached its limit it fell apart in my hand. Got this one from Amazon and so far seems to do the job well. Was a pound more expensive but worth the extra to get one that did the job.

Replacement for Volkswagen original mirror.
It is a little shaky and the hinge doesn't support my mirror mounted camera fully but it has stuck and stayed for the last few weeks without any issues. I use a NextBase mirror cam which covers the entire mirror and makes it very heavy. This hasn't dislodged the mirror at all, but does mean I've had to adjust the mirror to prevent it from drooping.
