I did an extensive research including test riding many models...I chose the Bistro because it had the best and longest (3yr) warrantee, best price (other brand name-ebikes offer less battery/climbing power and limited warrantee for $3,000-6,000 dollars more). Bistro offer me the best battery class/power, looks and the pedal assist or cruise options. Now that I've own my Bistro/Busettii for over 3months I can tell you I love this E-bike. Everything functions as specified, battery on a full charge takes me up to 19 miles up hills and on cruise control the entire ride (claims it could go up to 40 miles) I am about 245lbs. so that and other factors effect its full potential (more weight more power require etc). Tires are also top of the line puncture resistance and so far have performed well under tough terrain with no flats or leaks. The only Con is that it's a little heavy so if you don't live on a second floor like I do it shouldn't be an issue. The folding option also comes in handy when lazy people like me run out of juice and calls an Uber. I call the shop about any question I have and they take the time to answer my questions so yes great Customer Service...actually that was my final test that convince me to buy from them.
