I recently installed some lights that go around my wheel wells on my jeep. I noticed one day after going over a bump that I had a horrible metal on metal sound in my passenger front wheel. Upon inspection, that bump knocked the screw loose and it was rubbing the back of the screw against metal while I drove. I tightened it, and within two days it was loose again. My friend suggested this product and now, so do I! I did two coats on every single screw used on the 4 tires (12 total), with dry time between each application. It’s been almost 3 weeks and not a single loose screw yet! I’ll be keeping some of this on hand forever now. A little goes a long way and it works!

Must have product for small screws and moving parts that you dont want to lose. Especially useful with firearms for installing sights and other items that need the small screws and what not retained. It is extremely useful and definitely worth the price. It is easy to apply with the dripper style tube. Does not take much especially of the red so this tube should last quite a bit for most people as I bought a tube years ago, use it quite often and still have some left that will last me a long while

Red Loctite is the one you reach for when you absolutely do not want something backing out from vibration or stress, and this stuff delivers on that completely. Used it on some drivetrain hardware and those bolts are not going anywhere, exactly the outcome I needed. Just make sure you really want it permanent because you will need heat to get it off later, this stuff is seriously strong.

Once cured, this stuff locks in like it’s welded — no shifting, no loosening, nothing. I’ve pulled some genuinely heavy stuff out of canals and rivers with this rig since — bikes, chains, random scrap metal — and the bond on that hook hasn’t budged a millimeter. Given how much force gets thrown through that eye bolt when you snag something heavy and yank hard, that’s a serious testament to how strong this hold actually is. Additionally, i added a thin superglue layer above because this stuff dries WITH THE ABSENCE OF AIR.
