HP DesignJet T520 36-Inch Wireless ePrinter with Web Connectivity

Being in the construction industry, we have prints all the time to print off. Not only does this allow us to print as needed and on demand, the quality is near perfect and we are saving a ton over having them printed remotely at a document store. Cost per sheet savings will (in our case) pay for the machine very quickly. Bluetooth connection is great as well for fast printing from your phone or tablet. Definitely recommend!

This printer is great but you really need HP Support for the installation. It does not come with a CD to install the software. It is done over the web and the install program installs a couple different printers. The HP Support had to uninstall the programs not needed and had to advise the most efficient way to utilize the paper print out drawings based on our needs. Delivery was quick and the packaging was excellent. Love the functionality of the printer.

Arrived on its own pallet via truck carrier with mini fork lift. It had two fork lift holes poked in the box. Luckily nothing was damaged. So far, everything is working well.

Product was missing parts, did not cut prints. Had HP send our a technician under warranty since product is brand new, he said it was shipped missing pieces. He brought pieces but could not fix the printer because it was missing too many pieces. Had to disassemble item and send back to Amazon. Replacement unit never shipped, had to call and get refund. Waiting for them to process refund. Terrible experience.

My experience with the product is just as advertised, it was easy to set up and works great no complaints there. The only complaint I do have is that it was delivered with a huge gouge out of the top of it. Kind of a bummer when you consider the price of it and the fact that you don't buy a new plotter very often...

Purchased about a year ago. Setup on network, two users plotting ACAD, two users plotting PDF. Pretty simple arrangement, and everything worked well for a minute. Then.....not sure what happened but driver settings were all over the place. Screwed up sheet sizes, portrait vs landscape not consistent. Firmware updated, re-installed drivers, and now we have memory issues. Can't find info on checking, testing, or swapping memory. HP "support" is anything but. Seems they wanted it "user friendly", which is great till something doesn't work right.When working, plots are OK quality. Goes thru ink like a 73 Buick goes thru gas. And we burn up lots of paper when plots don't come out correctly. All in all, not pleased with the purchase.Would not recommend this product. Probably will not consider HP plotters in future.

This machine replaced a 20-year-old HP black and white machine. We are ecstatic with the print quality and we never knew how much we would enjoy having color in our over-size printer.

Our company loves this platter. It replaces am HP plotter that we had had for about 10 years. The circuit board had gone bad in it. This plotter prints beautifully and actually takes up about a third less space than the old plotter. Also it prints 11 x 17 paper and has a feeder for that paper size. We would highly recommend it to any company.
