Had to get a replacement battery after initial purchase
I installed the product on my GE62 laptop using YouTube videos as a reference. After the battery was installed, I looked back and realized the laptop wasn't charging when plugged in. I looked up on the internet and most of the answers said that the battery is most likely bad. I doubled checked my work to make sure there wasn't any plastic covering the battery's contacts and there wasn't. As a last resort, I tried uninstalling the drivers for the batteries so windows install a new one, but to no avail. Laptop dies immediately when power is removed. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!-Edit:After some emails to the seller, I was sent a new battery and a already paid for return label. New battery works perfectly.

Great Seller Service and Support
Bought a battery in August to replace my old one. Worked fine until November and it stopped charging. Nothings perfect of course and contacted the seller who was very speedy in response and immediately sent out a replacement under warranty which I received within a couple of days despite Thanksgiving being in the way.Installed new battery and everything is good again. Will be coming back to this seller for future battery purchases. Great service when it matters most. Thank you.

Came on time, holds a charge fine after 6 cycles
Works fine, came early. It's almost as if MSI shipped a crap ton of faulty batteries and decided to ignore all the complaints.

Not impressed
This battery lasted less than 6 months. My old battery that this replaced holds charge longer than this one. I will not buy from here again for my next replacement. To be honest I'm not sure this was a new battery now that this hunk of JUNK has already failed!

Works Great
My old MSI G72 battery seemed bad. What really happened is the power port failed and was shorting out. After I replaced the power port and harness everything worked right.
