I bought this to make a reflective casing for my dog's leash. It worked great and it is highly reflective at night. The colored part is like a heavy duty grosgrain ribbon. The silver part is the reflective section and glows bright white at night.

This is great for adding to clothes or any fabric. Easy to sew on because the reflective strip is in the center. It's high visibility in the day as well due to the bright fabric tape. I recommend this option for anything where you need to secure it down, such as on outerwear or a dog harness.

I bought a roll of this ribbon to sew reflective strips along the sides of the two blaze orange dog jackets I was making. The backing ribbon is a good quality grosgrain and cut and sewed very nicely, as well as being high visibility green. I haven't seen this ribbon lighted up at night by headlights or flashlights, but there have been several times when the setting sun caught the reflective surface and the return light was absolutely dazzling. If you really want something to show up under artificial light at night, attach some of this to it. I used a sew-on non-adhesive ribbon. It would be great for sewing onto bicycling shirts or vests. Great for dogs coats and runners clothing. The colors are bright and it washes well. Very sturdy

While this is not an iron on patch, once I sewed this onto my clothing, I attempted to iron and the reflective tape part shrunk up
