Item looks professional. A must have for the family. Easy to operate, well written (multi language) professional manual instruction. Seems accurate. It comes with batteries. It has three modes. I loved the fact that it can measure the room temperature, surface temperature and the body temperature. It reads in centigrade and Fahrenheit. It has the functions of storing results. It can store 32 recordings. It doesn't have an off button, this thermometer has auto off function in 30S. After the previous temperature is displayed on the thermometer, you can immediately measure the next person without waiting. It arrived within 48 hours.

The size of the print in the manual is so small as to be almost illegible without magnification of some kind (for me) - but if you use the tried and trusted method of ignoring instructions, it works fine. Just point and shoot.Likewise putting the batteries in the right way round - make a mistake and it just does not work We wanted this to provide a faster (than mercury thermometer) method of taking body temperature, and this it did quickly and without fuss. Results are within tolerance (0.2c). It does away with the potentially risky practice of putting a shared object into ones mouth. All in all - I'll give it foive.

This was a great little purchase to replace my old thermometer that broke a couple of months ago. It's very lightweight, which also made me think it was going to be dreadful! So far, so good

Great for baby temperature and water temperature. We bought this to measure our newborns temperature in a non invasive way and it takes her temperature in seconds. One of the nurses in the hospital even asked to use it for her round of checks as it meant keeping all the babies calm! The readings are a little bit and miss when used in the neonatal unit, but at home on our own foreheads it’s been the same readings on repeat so it’s good enough for me. Great value for money with the options available.

The product does exactly what it is supposed to and it is highly accurate. I compared it with my doctor's thermometer while my kid had fever and it proved the Cocobear thermometer highly accurate. Does the job perfectly and it cost less than similar products I can find locally by 1/3... What more can I ask?

The item works perfect only for a false reading as my son had stuck his finger in the sensor hole and the reader heated up more than normal to give off a high reading, luckily enough when it came down a minute later we realised it was just the internal settings and that when cover for a little time become insulated. the screen is easy to read and very quick to show a reading too!

So much better than the original mercury thermometer & the previous infrared thermometer. Ease of use is splendid. Found it so useful when keeping track of my sick husband's illness. So useful to be able to take the temperature when the person is asleep. Buy this product with confidence.
