I have found the white buffalo of high street liner. Outstanding performance on all levels. Ease of application ✅ longevity ✅ durability (only twist up the smallest amount required) ✅ hypoallergenic ✅ smudge resistant when set ✅ smudgeable when applying for smokey effect ✅ value for money ✅ easy to remove ✅ holds texture in storage (stored in cool dry place away from sunlight) ✅ I have brought it to Crete (32 deg average) and it didn't dry out over the 10 days. Good eye pencil
This is a great eye pencil. It's creamy and goes on well. I find if I apply it at at the beginning of the day it holds for the entirety of the day. I use this in the inner corners of my eyes to brighten them and make them pop. I do find once it's on you can't smudge it so blending is tricky but if you apply lightly you can get the desired affect easy enough.
