Really fast monopoly. I love paying this with my family and there is no need for all the money counting. Making it easier for younger kids as well.

this is the best Momopoly ive played so far, everyone is the family loves it becouse you use cards. Only downside is that it only support up to 4ppl. The stratagy and game speed is actualy fun because its very gard to cheat, no one has to be bank and the Unit or as i like to call it the POS machine tracks everything perfectly. Just make sure to read the instructions carefully about what to do when you make an acidental payment because i accidenatly restarted the game for unsing incorect buttons.

So this is a pretty good game, and actually it doesn't seem to last as long as normal monopoly because when you land on a place you either have to buy it or auction it, the money is kept track of with the little computer card reader provided by the game. It keeps track of everything, money, properties, how many houses on each property etc. The cards are rather fun (no community chest cards, just chance cards) and when you scan the card(s) it does all the guesswork for you including taking money from one player in order to pay another player. The property rent prices are STEEP...for example if you land on Atlantic Ave, ( I think) and it has five houses on it, rent will set you back around $1300. But don't worry about not having the money to pay, if you don't just scan your card and it will deduct the amount you owe the other player as well as you having to sell one of your properties to pay the difference. It keeps track of who owns what properties, so there is no cheating when it comes to the bank and how much a player is supposed to pay, etc. There are no utilities or railroads, instead, there are 'location' spaces that enable you to pay $100 to move to any property in order to buy it. Get out of jail now costs $100. Overall it's a good game, the only thing I have a complaint about is that it is only a four-player game. I was super disappointed when I saw that because we are a family of five so someone either has to sit out, or double up with another player. Like I said, great game and I'm glad Monopoly has evolved from the initial game which last entirely too long. It would be nice to have more players. Another good Monopyly game is Monopoly Speed. It literally last 10 minutes so you can play multiple times without getting too frustrated.

There is a lot of fun to be had with this game if you are one of those casual Monopoly players that want a different way to play while also having a great electronic banking unit keep track of all your money and property values for you. But there are some rule changes to some of the core mechanics and other new stuff to be aware of. - You CANNOT trade properties with other players, unless game effects do otherwise. - When in jail, you DO NOT collect rent from others or raise the rent. It is a MANDATORY rule in this version. - There is no utilities or R.R.s in the game. There is a new go anywhere space if you pay 100. Doing this, you DO NOT pass GO. - Event cards replace community chest and chance cards. They vary in different effects. - No houses or hotels can be bought. Instead, you use a house on the property when purchased to track rent levels that increase from other players and even you landing on them. They also increase when all the properties of a color set is purchased, even if it's a split Monopoly. (Ex: Player 1 has two orange and player 2 just bought the 3rd orange. That will cause all the orange properties to go up one rent level. Two levels if it's a solo player monopoly.) and event cards that can also raise or even lower rent. - When in the negative, you sell your properties for face value to the player you owe money to. The rent level stays where it is. (If you owe the bank, it'll remove the rent tracker) - The game ends when ONE player goes bankrupt (indicated by a siren horn from the unit) and then totals up all player remaining money and property values. The highest amount is the winner. Pros - Banking unit is very easy and fun to use. Keeps track of everything really well. - No need for a banker. Everyone can be involved. - Less game components to worry about losing. - Plays quicker than a regular game of Monopoly Cons - Device will need batteries (3 AAA) and a screw driver to remove the battery door. - Only up to 4 players instead of the usual up to 6. - Mover tokens are a cheap plastic. This version of Monopoly is really great for those who want to play a quicker game while an electronic device keeps track of everything for them in-game. So for the Monopoly purists, this is definitely not the version for you. But give it a try when you can. You may be surprised.
