Good pack with a few irritations that keep it from being truly great
This is a nice battery pack. The form factor being so flat makes it much easier to slide into many types of bag (vs the more fat/round types you often see). It's on par with other packs around 20k mAh as far as charing capacity/ability/how long it lasts. The only things that hurt it are only one usb-c port and the lightning to usb-c cables do not charge it. Personally, usb-a is worthless to me. My laptop went 100% usb-c in 2016 and two years later I have no devices left that use usb-a, so I'm limited to charging one device at a time unless I really dig deep for an old cable or borrow one. I also cannot charge it with the usb-c to lightning style cables. I'm assuming there is some kind of manufacturer security chip that prevents this, but it is awfully inconvenient.Pros:- Thin form factor makes it easy- It works as expected and charges things as expectedCons:- Only one usb-c port- the lightning charge port sounds great in theory, but in practice it does not work with usb-c to lightning cables so it's held back by that

Great Overall Battery Pack for Travel with Amazing Warranty
I purchased this in 11/2017 and traveled with it everywhere from weekend trips to Portland and Boston to weeklong trips backpacking the eastern sierras or vacationing on the beach in Mexico. With the 20,000mAH capacity, you can probably go on most short trips without needing to recharge the power bank once. For longer trips like my 6-week backpacking trip across Europe, it probably was the most useful/favorite item that I brought with me. Since it wasn't too expensive, I didn't mind leaving it behind to charge in my room at the hostel while I was out exploring. Once full, it would last 5+ days keeping whatever electronics needed to be charged inside my backpack such as headphones, watch, and phones. Definitely beats plugging in all of those devices into the outlet whenever it's low. Without it, I would've wasted so much time and been so lost with a dead phone. After 16 months of continuous use, the USB ports and battery status button collapsed inside the case, probably due to the adhesive wearing down. I would have kept using it but only the USB-A port worked. The cables couldn't fully reach and connect to the USB-C and Lightning ports deeming them useless.I was going to purchase the same power bank again but figured I might as well reach out to Aukey since it was still within the 24-month warranty. I registered the product on their website when I first got it back in 11/2017 but wasn't sure how good their warranty policy was. To my surprise, their customer support was very helpful and responsive, and I received a brand new Aukey power bank within a week of submitting the request.Definitely would recommend this product and the Aukey brand to all of my friends after this pleasant experience.

A must for anyone on the move
I bought this battery as an upgrade from an older model that didn't have quickcharge capabilities. Additionally the USB-C port was important to me, and I have two USB-C devices (both cell phones: a Pixel 2 personal phone and an LG G5 work phone), as well as an iPad and a smartwatch that needs charging daily. My line of work sometimes puts me on jobsites where I am likely to spend much of the day on the phone, and/or in spots that create battery drains, and staying put next to a wall outlet isn't an option. Additionally I travel with some regularity and we all know how spotty the availability or convenience of an outlet can be.This past weekend I went on a long weekend trip with a large group and shared a hotel room with friends. Lots of people = lots of competition for the most convenient outlets. I, however, didn't need to compete: I plugged my phone into this batter pack and kept it right next to me. I did recharge the battery once during the day (leaving it in the room while I was out and about), but aside from that, this kept my phone fully charged all weekend, never dipping below half full. I also plugged it into my ipad on the flight home, while I used that same ipad to watch netflix, and in a couple of hours it went from under 50% to over 90% (WHILE playing video), and the battery still hasn't dropped below two lights. The form factor is going to take some getting used to: while just as slim as any of my devices, with nice rounded edges and corners, it's about 50% bigger than my phones, and awkward to pack-- doesn't fit in spaces designed for phones, too small to spaces designed for tablets. A small price to pay, however, for the power this thing packs. I went an entire long weekend without ever plugging any of my devices into a wall outlet, and could have charged twice as much based on what was left. Definitely recommend.

Good but Huge
This thing is massive in size. While it is thin, it's bigger than my Pixel 2 XL. Lengthwise,it's almost as long as my Kindle Fire HD 8 tablet. Mine has some scratches on it when it arrived. You can easily see fingerprints on it. You get a USB-C to USB cable with it along with 24 month warranty and user guide. There's no case. It is very thin. With a USB-C to USB-C cable, I can quick charge my Pixel 2 XL although that's not mentioned in the description. Otherwise, I would have purchased this rather than the $80 one I did previously. This is not PD. I'd love to see a power bank this thin and offer PD. Maybe Aukey has one in the works. When you connect your device, the indicator light come on to let you know your device is charging. You can charge the power bank and charge your device at the same time. There's one lightning port, one USB-C port, and three USB ports.I took off one star because of the scratches on the device. You can charge the power bank with a lightning cable, USB-C cable, or micro USB cable. You definitely have options and don't have to carry a lot of cables with this until. This fits great in my computer bag, messenger bag, or my Moleskine bag.
