Greatest flour!
I’m on my second order (in less than a month) of Marriage’s Canadian Flour, and I’m extremely happy with the quality. The high protein content makes it excellent for artisan sourdough bread as well as fresh yeast breads. It produces strong dough, great structure, and consistently reliable results. The texture and rise have been outstanding every time. I’ll definitely keep ordering it for my home baking.

Excellent for sourdough
Top notch flour from Marriage's, Taken my sourdough bread to a whole new level with it's high protein level. Works out cheaper to buy 5 bags at the same time. Will be back to buy some more soon. Highly recommended

Marriages Very Strong white flour is excellent for making bread in a breadmaker.
I always buy this brand of very strong white flour for making bread in my breadmaker. Mixed with a small amount of strong wholemeal flour it makes excellent loaf!! This latest batch looks exactly like previous batches and I am confident it will be just as good once I have finished my final packet of the last batch. The flour was well packed and has a good best before date. Delivery was on time so I'm very happy with the supplier.

Tasty bread
Such amazing flour. I’ve tried many different brands and this one gives me the very best results. It always rises well even on colder days and the packaging is very strong unlike some brands where the paper tears as soon as you open it. One criticism, and this is not about the flour, the packaging could be a little tighter as 5 x 1.5 kg is very heavy and the bags get squashed during transit. They are covered in a strong plastic so there is never any spillage or splitting. I would recommend this flour - I’ve not seen it in any shops.

Best bread flour, high protein
I use this bread flour all the time now, it makes wonderful sourdough because of the high protein content, but not just sourdough I use it for all my beads and it’s good value for money bought in bulk. 😁

Split bags
Be aware of split bags, I ordered six , sadly one was badly split, flour everywhere! Other than that, the flour is good.
