Thoroughly enjoyed this book documenting the life of this visionary, mission-minded physician that is truly making a world-class contribution to the poorest of the poor in the mountains of Peru. Having visited the hospital and being deeply impressed, I was doubly interested in the story behind the story. I bought copies for all my grandchildren, believing that the influence of an inspiring biography will shape a young life. Highly recommended.

Very neat to read about a missionary who is still alive and working on the mission field! They also have opportunities for others to serve with them in South America. Very cool to see God's direction in Klaus-Dieter John's life!
