Very good product
Needed something to paint my roof with. This was the first rubber paint that came in colors. Eventually bought eight buckets to do my hole roof. Went on easy, seems to be durable see how it does on the long hall.

Amazing product
This rubber product is nothing short of amazing. I had to come up with a way to waterproof some projects around the house. This rubber bonded to everything it touched. If going to concrete do not use the primer, but if going to flashing use the primer. once dried it's tough and bulletproof! I would not hesitate in recommending.

It works
I am only giving this product 4 stars, because this is a first time using this product. Time will tell if it gets another star. We used it on our roof and I must say, it was easy to apply. I had one particularly bad spot where my porch meets the house. This stuff sealed it up tight!

Great product
I used the elastisized paint to fill/cover the expansion joints between sidewalk and garage. I used a 2 oz. syringe to suck paint out of bucket and apply in joints. I did have to reapply a couple times in places I didn't have enough filler in crack, I had tried to fill cracks with sand up to 1/4" - 3/8" from top. The first coat seeped on down leaving some holes. A second coat took care of the few holes I had. The paint is pretty thick. Reminded me of gravy or a light pudding. It can be easily applied with brush, but in my case, I needed it applied thicker. It does clean up easily with wet rags IF you wipe it off before it has time to set up. I would be prepared to to to use it all up and not try to store for later after opening, I think it will get too thick to use.

It works - best quality for the money
I’m not a professional - so when my deck needed some repair I jumped on buying some tar like paint from a big box store to fill hairline cracks. While it kept water out, it never dried to a smooth and walkable surface. Doing more research I found Liquid Rubber - which did exactly what I needed. At ~3 times the cost per G it’s not cheap, but it works out of the can. I ordered more since for other areas… won’t buy anything else anymore! Spend the money and get it done right the first time!

Easy to spray or roll
Old Metal, rusty roof . Covers well, looks great. We went with dark grey, it was easy to use..(we sprayed it on) if I had to do over, I could have saved ALOT of money going with black & don't think it would have changed the look.

It’s great. Just do it right
Most of the negative reviews read as if they didn’t follow the full manufacturer’s instructions. This isn’t a single stage product. It is designed to be applied over primer… their primer. And you can’t skimp on primer coats or base coats.1100 sq ft shop/detached garage. Light coat to start. Keep moving keep working. Don’t stop. Have a plan and you’ll be able to walk over the 1st coat to begin a thicker 2nd/3rd & even 4th coat. Dropped a mini sledge on it from a 15ft ladder to test. No damage to the concrete or the finish.Any complaint reviews that it’s too thin or not durable didn’t use enough product. Any complaint review that it peeled up didn’t use their primer/enough primer.

What can be siad
It is what it is, you should plan on buying the sealed $90+ a gallon, and tap tap $30+ a roll, if you want to assure good aheasion and sealing, I know for sure that if you use just the sealed and tap it becomes somewhat water proof. I am using it for a flat bed trailer, but I am getting better yell pre gallon by speed the extra time and money it took 1 gallon to do a 7.5'x 15' deck for a good bace coat I will use the 2nd gallon to finish it. I am also using a 3" brush to apply it. to assure I am getting it down into the grain of the wooden deck. Do not count on getting it on time, my order never even got shipped till the day before it was supposed to be delivered.

Great product!
Just finished my second coat the other day and was waiting for my first rain...:just check inside my shed after our first rainstorm after painting all my steel roof seams and screw holes....and DRY!!!! My shed space is FINALLY dry! So easy....so efficient....and I didn’t bother Cleaning up. I used an old tray, roller and brush and just discarded after the second coat! I bought the 5 gallon pail, light gray. When over the existing Olaf deteriorated tar that was remaining. First coat went good and I think it would have been fine with one but I had a ton leftover so the second coat I gave an extra think coating for peace of mind.Would highly recommend! I’m sure you could make it the workable area look nice using this material but because it was a back shed roof I just slathered it on. The colour is great too as the metal is a light grey so it’s not as noticeable from my Raised deck On my property which is just an added bonus. Over all I would highly recommend this product for giving a roof a new life especially for the price! Great value! I still have a 1/4 of the bucket left for future projects or touch ups!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! EXCELLENT STUFF!
I bought 10 bags (500 lbs.) of cement to cover my leaking chimney. One bag worked at the top, around the cap, but it would NOT stick to the existing brick (I had mesh on it). I had to return the cement bags. I ordered Liquid Rubber, removed the mesh and did 2 coats. It went on just like a thick paint. The Medium Grey colour worked perfectly (made the chimney look new again). I am hoping it won't leak, but it looks great! It applied easily and I can use it for other purposes too. It is the best and cheapest option to fix leaks. I highly recommend this stuff. UPDATE: 3 months later and NO sign of any chimney leak! I am VERY impressed. I also used it to seal a corner gutter leak - works perfectly and NO leak 3 months later! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!UPDATE - 2 years later 2022, and NO leaks. This stuff has worked perfectly so far!UPDATE - IT IS NOW 2024, 4 YEARS LATER AND ABSOLUTLEY NO LEAKS!!!

Top quality and easy to apply
This is an excellent product, so easy to apply. I used it to seal the exterior of my summer house. You can also paint over it.

Excellent product
Went on easy and covered very well. I would buy again gray colour ordered. Product was used on a flat tin roof. No water invasion. The only downside was the protracted delivery. Says Prime delivery next day but it was more like four or five.
