Arrived promptly and very happy with them. They're not bulky, unlike others I've tried & can wear them under slim- legged trousers. Very comfortable and give good support when have to stand for a long time. The little 'bumps' at the top prevent them from rolling down. The best I've tried and at a reasonable price.

Was undecided whether to give 3 or 4 star review but it did the job so hence a 4. Light to wear and leg didn’t get sweaty or sticky at all but, as others have remarked, it did leave indents in my leg which look unsightly altho they don’t itch (was worried they might when first saw them). I had worn the sleeve for a long day travelling including a flight (wore instead of flight socks) and I do think it gave my knee more support so will use again- but will try not to wear for such a long spell. I did measure my leg circumference when ordering. Photo shows indents almost 24 hrs after removing the sleeve… were much worse at first.

I bought these as I suffer with inflammation in my knee but sadly I was a bit disappointed. I bought a 3xl as I find the knee supports are getting smaller in fitting but I still found it too tight on the top band. And upon reading other reviews of people who purchased larger sizes, I thought I better purchased the largest size. Thr quality seems okay but not the best. I can't comment on the silicone part yet but like others have mentioned it seems to be an irritation for some. I do like the colour though, it's a lovely beige colour and the lenght seems okay too.

Well fitted knee sleeve with ninslip dots and stays in place until the end of the day. Size are true to the measurements.

I have awful knee problems and cannot get comfortable at night so I bought these supports Wow what a difference . Tried other types but they were leaving welts around the top and bottom end of my knee These are perfect Best thing I ever bought and keep my knees warm as well . Ordered these because the fabric is thin enough to fit neatly under trousers without gathering behind the knee - that bit definitely works out.I followed the sizing guide, measured my leg and this led me to order size M, which seemed right because that's generally what I would order for other products (I'm a UK size 10/12), but this turned out a bit too tight, also because of how it's shaped (with the thinner bit over the knee), meaning you pull it up quite high onto your thigh. I wish I'd gone one size up.Also, I really wish there had been an option to order a version of these without the silicone dots; I understand they are there to prevent sliding (and gathering as a result), and I thought they would be a positive because women's stockings/hold-ups often have a bit of silicone in as well (though far less/lighter/thinner), but after a few hours they really started to irritate my skin.At the right size & without the silicone, these supports could well be perfect.

I ware these in bed and they stop me from getting stuck in a certain position. I am on my third set now and would not like to be without them
