Why is this twice the price of RRP

I'm not sure. I've moved onto another product by Beauty Pie, their two eye creams. Both around £7.50 when you pay the £10 monthly membership, and I find this better than the Inkey List Caffeine eye serum.

I had my perfect eyes and that left my eyes with white crustyness under my eyes and sort of stung, is this any good? I paid £30 for my perfect eyes.
