So , modern software has you paying monthly for things this does by default . The app does work in windows 10 and It is a tool I needed in spite of paying a bt hole for it . In the end , this will work quite well . I have used it before and it does certain things I need for pro work.

OK I guess.
I wish I could find an installation disk for the older PSP 4 to use with my Windows 7. Lots easier to use than this newer version.

Awesome Product
JASC Paint Shop Pro is a great product, it helps to take a class to learn how to use it. A bit of a memory hog, but it does have some cool features.

still the best photo editing software out there over 20 years old.
I started with PSP 4.0 in the mid 90's. When the 6.0 version was released it added every new feature you could possibly need, most importantly layers and vector graphics. I have tried versions after the 6.x version, but all they did was add unnecessary complexity that I never found any use for. So PSP60 came out in 1999, and I have been porting my copy of it ever since. It still holds up as the easiest and best photo editor I have ever used. If nothing else, the mouse wheel zoom in and out always centers where the cursor is is a deal breaker with any other software that doesn't do it. (all of them don't center on the mouse cursor.) That alone has cut my photo editing time frames in half.

Love this program
Love this program! Got it (I think) 15 years ago, and it still works fine on Windows 7. When I’m forced to upgrade or turn to Apple, I dunno what I’m gonna do...

edits any photo, EASY
I still use this older program to this day. Works on Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows7. I've kept it around because the editing tools are so simple. I tried version 7 and 8 and thought they sucked, particularly bad was the clone tool. This is the one - Version 6 for life, baby! Here's a composite image I made with it tonight. Colorful drones in flight, as an example.
