Ultra Pure Ashwagandha Extract
Each of these capsules contain 2000 mg of Organic Ashwagandha Root Extract. I have been taking one capsule each evening for several months to help me to relax and get to sleep. Believe me, they work and with no side effects. Each bottle contains 60 capsules which will be enough to last two months, so the price is right. I highly recommend these!

Great brand and good quality
This is my favorite vitamin brand and i think this Ashwaganda is good quality but I did notice that when it first takes effect - it gives me dry mouth for about 20 minutes, but maybe that is just a testament to the strength and easy absorption . I still take it but drink something after taking it. I still recommend the product and i notice improvement when i take it.

It really works! Going to order again.
It took me some time to write a review as I was going to make sure it works. I have ordered this product in December and taking 2 capsules a day. I see the real effect. Couple of days ago my friends asked me: how do you stay so calm? Are you in antidepressants? I was so surprised, because I was never calm and constantly had some anxiety. I believe it really works and going to order it again. I also using Apple Cider Vinigar and Curcuma (not sure about spelling, the yellow powder) of the same brand. It works great of digestion and immunity.

Its a laxative.
This vitamin is like a laxative. On the plus side i lost 12 lbs. in one month eating at McDonalds about $150 a month. I use it for memory assistance.

Unclear but high quality
Very unclear whether this can be taken at night to help sleep or is strictly day time only (ie: whether it may keep you awake). I actually need both at different times due to chronic disease. But, I could understand these ingredients working together regardless.. In any case, found myself having to take one at night, see what happens, take one in day, see what happens..

I use these these every day I switched from a gummy form and they seem to work much better. Easy to take.

No change
I started this after I can no longer find VitaRaw Ashwaganda that truly did work for me for several years. But after 1 months of faithfully taking it, I feel no change. After a week of taking the VitaRaw I felt a dramatic change. I won't buy this again.
