Rich and tasty for vegan dishes needing a 'beefy' flavour
Really tasty rich beefy flavour that I have used in making seitan and vegan chilli, bolognese sauces, etc. Always have some in the kitchen - I buy bulk for value and give them away to friends to try. Wouldn't like to be without this stuff.

Tastes just like chicken. I also use it with lamb. Enhances the flavour of daal and curries of all sorts. I personally LOVE It!!

My No. 1 Plant Based Stock
