Is this the runner or refill? If it is the runner what refills go with it? Thanks

This is NOT the refill! You can tell because of the white trim on the runner. It is the smaller (actually "shorter") of Kokuyo's two runners. The larger (containing more adhesive) s referred to as the "long" runner. The most economical refills come in packs of three. Just make sure you don't order the "long" refills for this model. Hope this helps.

I've used a lot of adhesives over the 20 years I've been making cards and scrapbooks. When Kokuyo came out maybe ten years ago, I really liked it. For a while I couldn't get this tape so I had to switch to another tape runner. I was so glad when Amazon sold Kokuyo. To refill, all you have to do is to drop in the cartridge. No bothering with tape that has to be threaded. Easy peasy and I recommend both the sizes it comes in!
