WIll this fit a regular keg or just a keganator?

Will it fit the 64oz Growlerwerks growler?

You need the adapter sold by Growerwerks for it to fit. I bought the adapter and now have this handle on my uKeg.

Does it fit the Hopsy dispenser?

I can’t say it fits the Hopsy Dispenser. It fits a standard tap. I had to buy an adapter for it to fit my Growlerwerks uKeg. It fits all my standard taps on my kegerator. I’m not sure what thread pattern the Hopsy uses so I can’t say if it fits it.
