I own good quality 15mm nickel press studs and had need for some black one for leather work . Knowing the size I ordered these . First thing you need to know is the top fastening is 15mm the other three parts not only are smaller which you’d expect but are significantly smaller. So in effect only the press part is in any way near 15mm . That was bad but wasn’t the worst parts . The posts are short and only the thinnest piece of leather will allow these to seal so you have to try thin your leather to even get them to fix . Finally they are the softest of metal . I use a proper punch machine and anything above a light press (which you can’t do, because of the post lengths) warps the rivets and renders most of them useless . In all from 15 sets I have got about four to work and frankly they are pretty pathetic . Do yourself a favour find heavy duty ones .

I have several tools to press fit the studs. These studs were too easily deformed...I managed to use 2 out of 5...then stopped.
