is it the same waver as the blue bed head waver?

no, this one gives a looser curl, it is very very similar but the blue one is a deep waver so think of an updated version of a crimp. it is very close, I like this one better just because it is looser it looks like an S kind of wave, its just a smoother wave

Yes! I own both. This gives a more “natural” wave than the more “curly/crimpy” wave of the deep waver.
