Can this tape be used on a water heater flue/vent?

I used it on my gas dryer vent and it has held perfectly for three months now. I believe my use is very similar to what you want to use it for.

Normally we wrap HEATIT aluminum foil tape around the pipe for a better heat transfer. As we know the aluminum tape is conductive. I think you can use the Heatit aluminum foil tape as high temp tape for wrapping HEATIT JHSD, JHSF, JHSF1, JHSF1-CT. For these cables they owned the out jacket as the insulation.
