Great Product and even better customer care
I have been using Jiwa chia seeds for couple of years now and found it to be of best quality and great value for money. This time however I noticed a quality issue and reported to Jiwa thru email. I received a call within few hours on my mobile and was assured of immediate replacement. Few days later I received the product. Love their customer service. Strongly recommend them.

Comtains small particles which needs to be removed before use
The quality was good but the issue was it contains small particles that caused issue in consuming the chia seeds and I have to clean it using the flour filter tool and then it was good to consume

Ignoring the bad reviews i still bought it and i do not regret at all.. although it's my first time trying it so i don't have any reference to compare to.. but still ,i can say seed are clean,seems fresh and swells decently in water too .. overall an okay product.

Why all the complaints?
The bottle is air tight sealed so no dust can enter.. If there were stones, it would sink to the bottom of the glass and the dust would swirl around and would be noticeable instantly. It does take some time to swell up and it does.. The effects take some time to show up. But once it did I ordered 2 more bottles. You only take like half a table spoon with a glass of water twice a day.. Not your usual diet so have to be cautious. Not detected any problems yet. For the sale price its a great buy.
