I bought this knee cover after my wife’s knee replacement surgery, and it worked perfectly. It kept her bandages completely dry during showers, which was a huge relief during recovery. The seal is snug but comfortable, and the material feels durable and well made. We used it daily for a couple of weeks, and it held up with no leaks, tears, or issues. Easy to slide on and off, even with limited mobility, and far better than the plastic bag and tape method we tried before. Highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery, dealing with wounds, or needing to keep their knee dry in the shower. A simple product that really makes life easier.

Was a life saver after total knee replacement surgery. I was allergic to the waterproof dressing. I would not have been able to shower for nearly 2 weeks. I used it right away and was able to shower daily with no problem. Never a drop of water inside and it was reasonably easy to use.

My husband had a total knee replacement. This sleeve works perfect! The seller reached out after purchase with some excellent advice. Flip(like you are turning it inside out but not) the rubber back onto the plastic to pull it on. It slides really easy. Here's their instructions: 1.When putting it on, roll the elastic band on top of the plastic and only when fully slide on the bandage, roll it back over onto the skin. Pulling the elastic over the skin is not easy because it grips the skin or bandage tightly, so there is a lot of friction and it takes a lot of force to slide it on and off. The same would apply for taking it off. Just roll the elastic back over the plastic and the cover comes right off. 2. After putting sleeve on lift edge with finger and press on sleeve to get air out. Once the air is out it forms a tight seal which does not allow water in. Or you can also extend the top of the black band to form a tight fit. 3. Although the sleeve is waterproof and therefore keeps water on the outside, it also doesn't breathe as a result. This means that if you wear it for very long, or if you find yourself sweating, you will get condensation INSIDE the sleeve. My advice is to not wear the sleeve for any longer than you have to -- immediately dry and remove it when done. 4. Please dry the protector after showering which can keep product life cycle for longer. Recommend you shower with a shower head or hose. For men who may have hair on leg, you can use the saran wrap above your bandage avoid the water might seep in through any tiny gap.

I ordered this shower cover for my 14 year old son and it covered his knee brace perfectly, with extra room to spare. The quality is excellent; the plastic cover is thick, and the ends resemble the material used in divers' suits but with an elastic material that opens up to fit your leg through. My son has showered at least 6 times with it, and no water has seeped through. However, to be safe, I still cover the upper rim of his brace with a trash bag before putting on the cover and I also have him bathe with the shower wand so water is not drenching that leg. Just make sure to measure the circumference of your thigh and the length needed to cover your brace/surgical area before buying. I highly recommend this product (Black M).

my mom just had knee surgery, this really helped keep her incision dry. compared to back then having to tie a trash bag on your leg, this was really water proof and easy to use.

WORKED REAL WELL NICE TIGHT FIT AND NO WATER GOT THROUGH

This item easy to put on. Thoughtful design. The neoprene-like waterproof fabric worked perfectly to keep the wound perfectly dry. Note that the hole that slips up to thigh level is def larger than the bottom hole. Was not hard to use at all. Fantastic find for knee replacement post surgery care. Highly recommend!

The product does a great job of protecting a knee wound or surgery bandage in the shower. Excellent design. However, I’ve used it twice and there is already a tear in the elastic that provides the protection seal from the shower.

This knee cover is priceless, I had knee surgery last week and I was wondering how am I going to have a shower and not get the bandages wet,then I found this on Amazon. After not having a shower in two days I would paid anything to have a good shower and with this on I did. My bandages stayed nice and dried Great product

I bought this knee cast cover for my boyfriend as he broke his knee and was not able to get the bandages wet at all. He absolutely loved it, it fit him very well and it did not get his knee or any part of his leg wet that was under the cover. It was so easy to get on and off, I had to help him the first couple of times as he was in a lot of pain but then he was able to use it himself without any help.

Hated not being able to shower after my first knee replacement due to having to keep the dressing,then wound, dry for a couple of weeks. Then I discovered this cast cover before my second knee replacement and it performed brilliantly. I could shower within a couple of days after the op., confident that my dressing would stay dry - and it did!! Be aware, however, that the bands are tight in order to keep out the water so if your leg is swollen post-operatively or after injury the fit round the thigh may well be uncomfortable. Highly recommend this product.

What I liked best about this product in comparison to others I’ve used is that it wasn’t extremely tight around my leg, but the seal remained perfectly sealed. No water got in, and I was able to easily get in and out of it that would depend on your leg width, for me this is an excellent product very happy with it. Wish I had this one the first time I required a leg cover.
