I have been consuming bulletproof coffee regimen in morning for weight loss. This particular regimen is very good for kickstarting and maintaining ketosis in morning. This by far is best option for mct oil plus butter combo. I use shaker to mix with water. No clumps if you shake well. Flavor is quite good too. Recommended buy.

with my travel its hard to carry coconut oil everywhere . This one is perfect . I just carry one scoop of powder and buy black coffee . My morning breakfast is done . Taste wise too its good makes coffee creamy and tasty. Only issue is that you need to stir it really well for it to mix else it forms lumps ( being fat) but thats only a minor thing . I hope the company continues to make this one . I am quite hooked !

This second batch is not like the first. The taste is different and the consistency is not same. There are no lumps I guess fat is less.
