The thermal shell broke and lid flew
It was working fine for a few days till one day the lid flew off the container and hit our house help. The entire shell was broken and disfigured. We had just kept the steel vessel (after boiling the rice in it for 5 minutes) in the case. And then the lid flew. We are just shocked at what happened.

A must buy product for kerala rice eaters
I always had a complaint that rice is boiled enough and my wife's complaint that it takes lot of time to boil. And then this rice cooker as savior. It saves lot of gas. Also being in bangalore in winter it keeps the rice Warm till night. Product build quality is also very good. Price is also justified considering they provide warranty also. Totally happy with the product.
