Great price and quality
Season with dry rub for an hour or several days, then slow cook these in the oven over a tray of water for 2 hours. Remove water, coat with bbq sauce, and grill until bubbly and charred. Huge hit. Almost no effort.

Be awear that this is totally ribs with the hard bone, not too much meat on it.

Got for a work cookout
I dont know if it was the bosses grilling or the ribs themselves but it was mostly bone and not a lot of meat.. If I cooked them myself I would of been more inclined to give a lower star rating but as I cant be for sure I am giving it a three star to be fair

Tasty, but not much meat
Made sticky pork ribs with this. Tasty ribs, but NOT much MEAT.

Smells bad
For some reasons the pork smells bad every time. I have eaten it many times and have been fine but the smell is off putting. Will try the more expensive organic ribs next time.
