My Mazzer Minis really throw the grind around; always had a mess with them.This tall funnel solved that completely.Now we get NO grounds on the counter.I generally don't write reviews but this works so well I felt obligated to do so.

TALL, works beautifully
This funnel is actually tall enough to bridge the problem that caused coffee ground on our counter - the gap between the portafilter and the mouth of the grinder. I use this with a Baratza Sette 30 and it fits wonderfully. This funnel adds 22 mm to the hight of the portafilter (most other funnels are half that high). It's aluminum (yes, I would prefer chromed steel), and you can not tamper with the funnel on your portafilter (because the funnel sits inside the portafilter). But this funnel does exactly what I bought it for - put the coffee ground into my portafilter rather than my counter (I really had a problem with that before). I am very happy with this product.P.S. The many sizes the seller offers are a bit confusing to me, as porta filters only come in a few standard sizes: I got the 58 mm funnel for my Gaggia Classic pro 58mm portafilter. The funnel sits a bit loose and totally does its job. So maybe I could have gotten the 58.3 mm, or the 58.35 mm, or ... . With all these confusing sizes, the seller should have a table for which size fits which portafilter. But while the manufacturer makes a high precision part out of this simple funnel 😆, the 58 mm, slightly loose size does the job just fine!! Don't overthink this funnel, the hight is what sets it apart from others.
