This is a very high quality curtain rod with excellent design. Super easy to use and install. The curtain rod part screws into the bracket, meaning if you want to remove the curtains, you just unscrew the rod on one end, collapse it a little, and slide the curtains off. It also looks truly great. The wrap around works great. regarding blackout, a little bit of light gets through the gap between the curtain and the wall, as is the case with any rod. The gap is not large on this rod. (Though I love this rod, I'm going to figure out some arrangement so that there's no gap at all, like attaching a rod directly to the wall so the curtain is basically sealed against the frame. Not sure if this exists. I'm looking for absolute blackout.)

This is a well made curtain rod. It is solidly built. Easy to install.

They are easy to put up and look great, they are heavy it feels like a lot of work went into them they have a nice clean design you just need to put 6 screws up the rods are telescoping so you can move it to the correct spot on your frame easily.

Only complaint I have is the studs that extend from the bracket to the rod are not straight, but slightly angled downwards, at different angles. Still works fine.

Easy to install, looks great.

I used these to hang my $400 fancy Pottery Barn blackout curtains. No flaws in the matte black finish. The hardware/screws seem robust. I ended up drilling these into the wood studs. Be sure to drill a pilot hole first and some beeswax/barsoap on the screw helps, too (old woodworker's trick). I have a 76" -wide window to cover so I needed the center support. It interfers slightly with the curtain overlap, but no light gets through. I don't think I can avoid having a center support with that wide of a window to cover.

As a woman who is not too savvy when it comes to using tools, this curtain rod was super easy to install on a small window and feels fairly sturdy. Works perfectly!!

Purchased these for our bedroom with blackout curtains and it works great. Being able to have the curtain cover the sides of the window really blocks out all the light from coming in. Highly recommend. And very easy to install and looks great in the room.

Its thin but sturdy. Great for making the room dark. 100% recommend. If you can install all the way up to the ceiling level. This will give max blacking out.
