Nice for keto baking
Perfect for Keto recipes I use to replace coconut or almond flour. Please check adjustments before replacing though. This one does not have an overly bitter flavour.

Very pleasant for a low carb flour, encourages me from continuing jeto and making keto bread. Fantastic alternative to flour and makes it less boring making traditional keto bread with almond flour or coconut flour. Love it.

Although expensive you don't need to add more that 1 cup to recipes
I absolutley love this flour. It has a lovely light texture when bake or fried. Very versatile, from cakes to bread to making pastries.

Excellent Low Carb Flour
Lupin flour is one of the easier low carb flours to use and produces a much more normal texture than products such as almond flour or coconut flour. When cooked one could almost be eating something made traditionally with wheat flour. The yellowish colour is also attractive. Lupin flour does need plenty of sweetening compared with the other low carb flours - the basic taste whilst not unpleasant is unusual and not really what one wants with sweeter items. I make muffins with a mixture of lupin flour and almond flour with sweetener added. I also add things like poppy seeds, apple, lemon etc to give a sophisticated flavour. It is not a cop-out to say that one cannot taste the lupin flour - it is giving the wonderful texture whereas the almond flour and the other items give the flavour.
