What is the sell by on these please?

Obviously dates vary according to time of purchase, but I've bought these biscuits 13 times and never ever had any concern about a too-soon Best Before Date - buy with confidence! :)

What is the best before date of the biscuits?

I received my biscuits on 07/04/23, the best before date is February 2023. They’re over a month out of date. Not good as I bought them as a gift for a friend.

Does these ginger biscuits contain high fructose corn syrup/glucose syrup? (other names for hfcs, corn syrup, inverted sugar amongst many others)
