It charges the battery quite quickly and I have had no problems. Lithium Ion batteries will age quite quickly is you store them for long periods at 100% charge. Such a shame this type of charger doesn't give you the option to only charge to 80%. Then you could charge it to 100% just before you use it.

Just like my GB70, this is a quality product. It enables me to fast charge my GB70. Not the cheapest item, but good value for money in my opinion.

Easy to store and use. Great if you drive an automatic vehicle

Makes charging the Noco, so much easier and quicker. Yes, I agree that the Noco should come with a Mains Charge as standard but it doesn't, so there we are! Without this charger, it takes ages to fully charge the Noco via USB, whereas this charger only takes a few hours and will not overcharge. IMHO, a Must Have Item and as such, Highly Recommended!

This is an expensive 12v DC power supply, however it’s well built, looks good and is Noco branded with the required connectors for the Boost. This is the best way to charge the Boost GB70 or GB150 if you don’t have a more capable 12v supply already.

So many different models to choose from it’s overwhelming. I ended up with the NOCO Boost HD GB70 as contingency for my 2.0 VW T6.1 Campervan. Reading about the charge issues I bought this AC adapter too and case. Everything fits nicely in the case, including all the leads and adapters, and for a total of just less than £300 I think I am well prepared. Hopefully I will never need to use it

Not sure why I’m asked about versatility, it’s an item designed to one specific thing with 1 specific item. However, charges the device very quickly indeed. Not something I need to do often, but as it may be necessary to have the jump started at full capacity very quickly it’s a moderately large expense I’m quite happy to pay if at some point it averts disaster

I got one of those GB70 Noco Boost HD. It came with a car cigarette charger and micro USB. It recommends to charge the unit before using it. Well, it took over six hours to charge the GB70. It was very slow. I used it to jump-start 10 vehicles when the temperature dip to -40 in early December. So, I purchased the NOCO XGC4 56W Boost Power Adapter, it charged the unit in less than two hours. It's a must to have a 56W Boost fast charger than using the micro USB.
