Product I received not even close to what it's shown on the sample picture. Overall very disapointed specially because it was going to be a gift. Product went right back in the box and returned to vendor. I would give it negative starts if possible.

My first shipped tree came in pretty bad shape. I contacted the seller personally and I can not say enough about Lou, he was very personable with a fantastic personality and phenomenal customer service. I could hear him packing my replacement as we spoke on the phone. I got my new tree in the mail today and it is absolutely beautiful and full. I’m couldn’t be happier!! Thank you some much for having such a great attitude, you were fun to speak with.

The plant got to my friend's house dead. It was packed in plastic. I paid a lot for the tree. It was a gift. Not happy.
