I have to admit, this was completely my mistake — I didn’t realise I had ordered the stainless-steel version instead of the non-stick one! But honestly, I am SO glad I did. ❤️ The Stahl Artisan Triply 4.4L Kadhai is absolutely beautiful. It feels incredibly sturdy, well-made and premium, and the 28 cm size is perfect for everyday cooking. The tri-ply construction gives it a lovely, solid feel, and the lid is an added bonus. I was initially disappointed when I realised I had ordered the steel version, but after using it, I can genuinely say I wouldn’t exchange it for the non-stick one now! It cooks beautifully, looks fantastic and feels like something that will last for years. If you’re looking for a good-quality stainless-steel kadhai, I highly recommend this one. It has completely won me over! ❤️

Bought this few days back for my parents as they were looking for some good material kadhai to cook food which is least reactive as they have lost interest in utensils which are non-stick. Bought 28 cm size which is good for 2-4 ppl <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Here are some key points which they observed while using it- >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 1) Its basically Aluminum but with stainless steel infusion ( either coated or mixed with,seller didn't make that clear ) 2) Look wise its good and heavy weight. 3) Kadhai has two handles on both sides with little insulating material under the handles,but have to use cloth to hold it for support as it gets hot while cooking. It comes with similar material lid with handle ( while cooking with lid on, It also gets hot though ) 4) Its compatible with induction too. 5) Cooks uniformly due to its heavy base. 6) Its has spill proof edges while pouring the gravy out of it. 7) Its dishwasher safe too. 8) Using it on low and medium flame to cook as on high flame sometimes food sticks to the surface. (Also food cooked on low flame is always considered better ) 9) Comes with 3 Years Manufacturer Warranty 10) The price is on higher side but considering the benefits of Stainless steel over non-stick its worth buying. My parents are quite happy with the purchase and wiling to buy a similar one with lesser size.

Amazing stainless steel kadhai. My bhabhi was using so i ordered the same from Amazon in India and my father in law got it with him to USA. It requires less oil and you need to cook on low heat and make sure to prep and cut your vegetables before hand. I loved the kadhai. Very very smooth to cook and food doesn’t stick. I got the 3.2 litres size (26cms) and it is sufficient for 5-6 people. It is induction friendly and dishwasher safe. Good weight but not overly heavy. I am using on a electric stove cooktop. Tips to maintain and use stainless steel Kadhai- 1. Use on low to low medium heat. 2. Cut your veggies/ food before hand. 3. Keep stirring and use very little water if the kadai feels dry. 4. If possible use wooden spoons/ spatula to stir. 5. Dont scrub too hard with steel scrubber while washing. 6. Place the kadhai in hot water before washing. The food particles will get soft and will easily come off while washing. 7. Wipe the Kadhai dry with a microfiber cloth or napkin dry after washing.

das ding ist super , der ist mit der einstellung der induktionsplatte auf 600 watt in ca. 1min komplett bis zum rand so heiß das man sich die finger verbrennen würde und die griffe sind handwarm, die griffe sind angenietet, ich glaube da könnte man 50kg hinenlegen und am kran hängen ohne das sie abfallen ich gebe etwas öl hinein wärme ihn auf und verteile mit küchen krepp das öl bis zum rand hoch danach nochmal etwas öl zum braten eier braten fuktioniert bei minimaler hitze, aber sie setzen an verbrenn aber nicht aber für spiegeleier ist er auch nicht gedacht für asia-gerichte der perfekte wok , made in indien

I’ve been using the Stahl Triply Stainless Steel Kadai for a few months now and I’m very happy with the quality. The triply material really makes a difference- it heats up quickly and distributes the heat evenly, which is perfect for curries, stir-fries, and deep frying. The kadai feels very solid and durable, and the lid fits well. One thing to note is that it’s a bit on the heavier side, which can be a little tricky when it’s full. But I think that’s expected with good-quality triply steel cookware. It works perfectly on both gas and induction stoves, which is very convenient. Overall, it's a reliable and well-made product, just slightly heavy for everyday quick cooking. Still, I would definitely recommend it!

Ever since I got it, I simply love it more and more because of the below 1. Always shine as new. Great addition to my cookware and it feels so nice when some relatives just popped in and you are cooking in such a nice pan 2. As described, the product is aesthetically pleasing and it’s handles are not hot when cooking but after a while it does become very warm and some people might need a kitchen glove or towel to hold 3. Does not need to use much oil. I can even cook curries just using half teaspoon of oil. It still cooks as it should be and no sticking food. You just need to use medium flame. 4. I use silicon and wooden spoon. I know you can use steel as well but I am used to these materials in my kitchen for not hurting my cookwares 5. Super easy to clean as well. You just need to put a lil water, let it soak for some 2-3 mins and rub with a sponge and it’s clean as new. It’s even dishwasher safe. So happy with my purchase I will buy more of other size
