If you're looking for a great book look no further. I learned so much and realized so many things within myself . I tell everyone and anyone who will listen to me about this book . It's a great book to read for men and women.

I am a spiritual advisor and a healer and out of all the books I have read, this one has been the most powerful one vibrationally. I could feel the energy as I read it and I felt an activation with every word I read as well. I look forward to reading more from this author.

This is a very unique book, offering spiritual teachings and techniques related to the feminine womb energy center, corresponding to the 2nd/sacral chakra in many chakra mappings. These teachings are drawn from traditional Tantra teachings - there are Tantra teachings in both Tibetan Buddhist and Hindu yogic traditions. However, in this book they are offered directly to the reader, outside of a lineage or initiation hierarchy, as they would normally be as taught in those traditions. I have studied these traditions, and as far as I know, this is the first book to offer these teachings in this depth in a book such as this. The author felt that it was time for this material to be made available, and that doing so is part of a larger spiritual shift going on in the world (which personally I agree with.)The teachings draw on chakra meditation, mantra and visualization work, other inner energy work, and sacred sexuality. Many of the latter teachings are meant to be practiced with a sexual partner, but there is also plenty of material here that does not require that. Although above I said this work is accessible, I meant compared to the traditional Tantric yogic and Buddhist texts I have read, which are highly symbolic and hard to follow without formal instruction. I think this book would still be a bit tough for someone to follow who had never been exposed to any energy work or mappings at all, i.e. chakras, mantra work, etc.The philosophical framework and language of this book would probably be classified 'new age', so that may not appeal to some people. But I highly recommend getting over that, because I think this book has a lot to offer, and has a powerful empowerment behind it too.For those interesting in chakras, energy work of any type, and/or feminine spirituality, I highly recommend!

Life changing book.

As with all book and information designed to provide understanding and wisdom you must decide how appropriate the content is for you. I rated this book as great because of its structure. It is easy to access specific information, it also so speaks on multiple levels so as you expand your understanding you can refer back to receive a new and different interpretation of the same material. My opinion of this book is irrelevant. My understanding of this book's relevance and purpose has me recommending it as a great guide.

good book

at first, i wasn't sure how this book would apply, to me...a dude. really changed my perspective on many things. i think all men looking to be better partners and seeking personal growth can benefit.be a better human, man, lover, example.

I loved this book I found it very eye opening in regards to the feminine aspects of myself. At first I listened to the book so I did not give it all of my attention when I follow instructions I felt instant connection.
