Product quality is allmost ok. The main dispointed thing is neck and shoulder pain due weight.. so don't buy it.. if u will buy then be ready for physiotherapy treatment....

Since I'm living in a city which is very hot & humid, I needed an appliance which would help me stay cool.After a bit of research I settled on the Chillgo foldable neck fan & recieved the same around a month ago. I've been using it ever since. I registered for the 3 years warranty without any problem.The fan is truly a portable & efficient cooling solution. It's a versatile & stylish looking accessory, sturdily built but not heavy & fits snugly around the neck. It's perfect design with the foldable feature in front & the vents situated at the back helps in directing breeze to the neck & face in front & to the back of the neck too which is very helpful.The fan isn't noisy.On a full charge it works continuously for around 4 hours on medium speed & takes about 2 hours to charge fully.To sum things up, I very happy with the purchase of this fan as it's great value for money spent. I highly recommend purchase of this fan for someone who wants to stay cool & beat the heat.

Not very comfortable, value for money for intended use is portable, you will feel the weight around your neck, gets noisy at higer sppeds, in effective in afternoon sun

The Fan has 3 speeds, the low speed gets you more than 12 hrs of battery on continuous usage. Its quiet on low and mid speed. High may feel breezy but it wont disturb others.Charging time is decent. I did not feel the fan weighing down on my shoulders. You can sit comfortably with the fan on your neck and it does not affect sleeping while sitting (like in flight or a tour bus)My primary reason to pick this product over others was the battery. And it delivered. You get a velvet travel friendly pouch with the fan and it folds effortlessly.4 fans, you can feel all 4 breeze, even in low speed. It is slightly bulky so will look good if you are slightly on the bulkier side weight wise. But main point is that it is actually a savior during travel and commutes especially in countries with tropical weather.

Item is good, Portable, with very less noise and speed is also good. But returned it because it was giving the air side ways, sweat was there in middle of my face.

Oh my goodness. This fan has saved me on our yearly Mexico trips. Definitely kept me from literally melting on a few occasions. Also, can't count how many ladies stopped to ask where I got it.

Can’t help in hot weather.

I really loved this! I have heat-intolerance as a symptom of my overall temperature-dysregulation, and I live in southern California. Which is hot most seasons of the year (and I can't afford to move). This helped a lot in claiming back my ability to go outside and do all kinds of tasks.My only complaint is the I wish the charging port was on one of the two curved ends of the fan. Because you can use the fan WHILE it charges! So if you have a portable battery charged up, you can extend the battery life on this thing a LOT (I personally use the "INIU Portable Charger, 22.5W 20000mAh USB C in & Out Power Bank" in its "Classic Size", also available on Amazon). But the port placement being where it is makes using the fan while you charge it awkward.That being said, the battery life is really good. I usually only need it on Level 1 or sometimes Level 2 most of the time, with short bursts of Level 3's power (aka: the highest power the fan can go). As a result of this being my general use, I can go for several hours straight with this on. Again, the battery is really good. I'm just paranoid, and ergo also bring my portable battery just in case.Also, I love that the fans can be tilted a bit to be more inward. I needed that.I also really like that the fan can be folded up. I was scared I would break all the other non-foldable neck-fans I saw on the market, should I put the fan in my bag. Having the arms fold in feels like an assurance of legacy. I personally like to fold the fan so the on-button is the innermost arm, so that stuff moving inside my bag cannot accidentally turn the fan on, thereby draining the battery.I've also briefly loaned it to various loved ones when we are out, when they looked like they were having a rough go of soCal heat. And it resulted in my mama buying some as gifts to give other people, and a couple friends buying their own too. And my loved ones who didn't buy one, they didn't have any complaints, they just didn't want a neck-fan at all except for the brief period I loaned them one (I think that means they probably want one, but it's a point of pride THEY don't own one, even if they benefit from borrowing one, which... okay lol It's fine, they were never going to buy one, so no complaints from anyone, only compliments).I also really like that this fan uses a USB-C to charge, just like my cell-phone does. I can use any length of chord that I bought from my phone now also on my fan, that's lovely.But yeah! The speed of the air was really nice, the air felt extremely cool on all settings, it's lasted many hours durably sitting pretty in my messy bags, it looks sleek, and just works great. The battery lasts long, is easy to charge, and it works WHILE charging. It was shipped quickly, arrived well-packaged, and didn't come with any icky factory smell.Due to my health being as sickly as it is, I will always own a variety of walkable fans on my person, amd will constantly be experimenting. So this isn't "the only fan I will ever use", but it is the first neck-fan I have tried so far and I do LOVE it, I can see this being one of my trusted ol' reliables. It's worked so great so far, I just adore it. Highly recommend it.

Air throw is good, but even after rotating the head, the air doesn’t reach the face — it only hits the back and sides. The front still keeps sweating.
