there was a few scratches and signs of use and dont worry when the computer first starts up it is quite loud and it turns off and then if u press the button again it turns on perfectly fine and is pretty silent, i mainly use this for genshin which it can be a bit slow and the graphics card isnt great but the fact that the game is functional is fine by me if you want a computer that can run smoothly while playing games i would suggest a PC with a faster CPU and better graphics card but if you want this PC for internet browsing and watching videos its perfect for that as it runs smoothly and quickly have fun <3

Arrived quickly, Win 10 installed, worked out of the box. Ideal for working at home especially now I have fitted an additional VGA card to run an second monitor. Laptops have their limitations!
