For me personally it's hard to find a preworkout out that I feel the effects of. Many I have tried in the past although making me feel energised also made me short tempered and I would often stop using them after a couple of weeks. I also go to the gym with my vegan girlfriend so it's difficult to find a prework out that we both can use. After trying the Xererare Nutrition I can honestly say I am extremely happy with the results, taste and strong energised feeling that sets me up right for a hard session at the gym. My girlfriend also loves the fact it's vegan so it works well for both of us! It's the only preworkout I'll use, now and forever.

A great energy boost for good gym sessions. Tastes ok, also tastes natural. I will be trying this out for a month to see how it helps energise my workouts. As always, high quality packaging and shipment very quick. I use Nu U Nutrition for all my regular supplements so I trust this brand which they own.

I've tried lots of preworkout and thought I woukd give this a go. firstly it's tastes really good. it hasn't got as much beta alanine as i normally like but it does give you a kick,to 0repare you for the gym. I take 3 scoops rather than 2 but personal preference. for the money it's great value and a lot better than some of established brands. they also donate to children's hospital so give it a try

Recently started playing 5 a side football again in the evenings. After a long day at work and football starting at 9pm I needed a boost. After reading the reviews I thought I'll try this. Only taken it on 2 occasions. First game it definitely helped my performance I had much more energy, allot more alert. I didn't want to write a review without trying it a second time. Second game played yesterday and the same results. This stuff really works and gives you that kick needed to perform better.

I just needed a boost of energy in the gym, especially since I go either in the mornings once I wake up or immediately after a function and the pre workout definitely helped boost that mental as well as physical energy which gave me that little boost to do more reps, more sets and my recovery was quickerAlso it's 56 servings so if you're one to go to the gym 3 times a day then you have 18-19 weeks worth of pre workout, less than a pound a week when you think about it!My only criticism is the taste. Some people may like it so I won't knock it that bad but I wish there were other flavours available.

Service & delivery are excellent from this supplier.I've tried many pre supplements. It's personal preference at the end of the day. This didn't give me any pre-workout hype ( so to speak), struggled to feel the effects at times, but once i started training, it seemed to give me focus. But i think I'm too used to pre supplements that make you feel energetic and hype (beast mode). The taste is ok, but borderline medicinal taste, sorry. I would still recommend this product, but it's my personal preference remember this.

Been using various preworkout for a while and decided to give this a try. Overall it is a good preworkout for the price to pay.. The caffeine content is reasonable and the pump lasts about an hour. The taste however is very sweet ; although it's not a big deal taking into account the purpose. The flavour is ok but surely more flavours will be available in future. The packaging is perfect and sealable with long scoop handles. Will definitely keep using them along with Xellarate BCCA and Test boosters. In summary good preworkout but flavour needs to be improved .

I bought this product in the hope that the other reviews were honest and true. Sadly, this wasn’t to be the case. It tastes sour, not enjoyable to drink at all, but that’s not the worst part, it has no kick AT ALL, even with 4 scoops! I’m having to put five scoops in to feel anything at all, unlike the previous product I was using, which I’ll be swapping back to ASAP!Finally, it has a sticker on the front stating that my next product would be free.. well let’s just say it’s BS.
