Oh boy😂 that’s the perfect way to lose weight and sweat like crazy!!! been bouncing around like a kid for 20 minutes luckily I have the skills and good reflexes already but trust me the first two minutes I mostly spent the time dogging the rockets so don’t hit too hard as it will get back at you like a real punch! take it slow start punching low level and then rise to eye line! Buy it! you won’t regret it!

Having been drawn in by the amount of social media advertising this product has had (yes I am that gullible) I decided to purchase this for a bit of fun and light exercise. That’s exactly what I got. It’s fairly easy to use and you pick it up in no time however it’s not going to burn many calories or make you into Muhammad Ali. The ball is hard so you do run the risk of a nose bleed or black eye of you get it wrong which luckily I haven’t so far. The interest lasted a few days and no it is in a drawer somewhere.

Firstly I would like to say that the customer care with Champs is next to non. Very friendly and caring and making sure you are enjoying there product. The Boxing ball is firm and responsive and reacts well to light and strong punches. The head strap is wide and comfortable stays in place with no problems. The elastic can be adjusted in seconds. Great product and great fun even when it hits you back!

This is a great quality product that hones your speed and precision. Really good for training and easy to use. Lots of fun Comes with a spare string too. String is adjustable. Comfy head strap. Delivery was really fast.

It’s good but definitely need a black ball as it’s slower but practice makes perfect as they say

✅ Great product and easy to use. ✅ Comes with training tutorials so you can build up your experience. ✅ Head band seems to be really good as I thought it would bother me and move but it doesn't at all. ❓The excess string to make the ball longer/shorter is a bit uncomfortable. I tuck it behind the head band so it doesn't bother my eyes but it often gets out. Perhaps if there was a pocket on the head band to keep the excess string still that would help. Not a major flaw overall.

Bought for a teen. Great exercise.

Good quality. Comes with an extra stretchy cord. The cord length is adjustable and the excess cord can be bunched and tucked away in the head band under a little velcro strap on the side (or you could cut it to your desired length). It tends to slip a bit through the spring clamp at the head band after repeated use, so I find i have to shorten the cord every once in a while. So far the cord has retained its elasticity but I've only used it maybe an hour or so total. The ball is pretty hard. I'm not really a big wimp, but it does make my knuckles a bit tender, so maybe try some gloves or let it build some toughness bruce lee style. Soon you will be punching block walls.

Un peu compliqué au début les gestes deviennent vite plus précis avec l'expérience de l’utilisation du produit. Une paire de gants est plutôt conseillée, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix pour un appareil d'entrainement que je recommande sans hésitation. Mon fils acquéreur avant moi m'a convaincu d'en faire l’achat et à mon tour j'ai convaincu un cousin sportif d'en faire autant.

La pelota sirve para lo que se promociona. Es rápida, tiene todos los elementos de calidad y con el respuesto necesario para el uso que se le da. Me he divertido mucho con ella y ya hasta se me rompió el elástico una vez (por el uso normal) pero se puede arreglar y seguir usando. Sin duda un pasatiempo muy entretenido y funcional para las artes marciales
